By downloading or using Sizely ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple EULA.
2. Subscriptions (Sizely Pro)
Sizely Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription:
- Weekly — $4.99 / week
- Yearly — $29.99 / year
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it to process content you don't have the rights to. The App is a utility tool; you are responsible for the images you compress and where you upload them.
4. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any rejected uploads, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
